A recent survey by PharmaKinnex revealed that a relatively large number of brand managers are dissatisfied with their marketing mix. The survey also revealed that over 80% of brand managers believe an integrated direct marketing approach is an important part of promoting a brand, signaling a possible growth opportunity.
